Seriously, I have used this case for YEARS! It’s perfect. I use it non-stop until it eventually breaks (which is a TON of use), and then I buy another. The only case I ever plan to own.

I purchased the “Encased Thin Armor Case” for my 2020 iPhone SE. I used it everyday and loved the fact that it provided great protection in such a minimalistic way and it was so easy to get the phone in and out of the holster.
However after 4 yrs of everyday use , the hinge broke. I wasn’t that upset since I figured I got my money’s worth out of the product. I decided to contact Encased Customer Support to enquire about their lifetime warranty. To my delight, they replaced my broken case without any hassles. Now I am devoted Encased Loyal customer. I intend to purchase the new iPhone SE 4 when it comes out this year; and when I do, you can bet I will buy a new Encased Holster for that phone.

Encased has replaced my belt clip, no hassle, no problems. Great company, I will be using them for all future needs period. This belt clip has functioned well in the past and sure to get many uses going forward.
Thanks for being a great company!

I am pleased Encased honors the lifetime replacement. I have three phones all with a belt clip case. The failure on each of them is the clip that secured the front cover plate to the phone. In all three instances encased has replaced this part. I am grateful for the warranty, and quick resolution to replace the case components that fail.

Perfect product, except I have to buy a new one every 1-2 years because the release clasp is under a bit too much tension and eventually snaps off. Encased replaces it (once) and then it breaks again. But it’s such an ideal case that I don’t mind too much. Thin, excellent protection, easy one-handed access, pretty good kickstand.

I bought the belt clip holster for the thin armore case some time ago for my Iphone SE. It lasted for a long time and was a real good product. It finally broke and I was not aware of the Encased warranty. I recently ordered a new holster. Looks like the same well made product but i am a little concerned with the Quick Release lever. It seems not as strong as my last holster. Seems to be a little weak and may cause the phone to come off the holster. We will see what happens. Hopefully it will be ok. Good product, just make that lever a little stronger.

My husband has had this holster for many years, he LOVES it! He wears it everyday and like most thing you use everyday, they break! Well, His broke and the company does replace the broken one for free! So, Kudos to their warranty!

I am one of those individuals who, in an effort to purchase the best product, spend an inordinate amount of time researching an item before purchasing. I purchased the Encased Thin case for my iPhone SE. It worked perfectly and I was convinced there was no better product out there. Very minimalistic, offered great protection, easy to access phone, light weight, could use as a holster vertical or horizontal and had a limited lifetime warranty.
After 2 1/2 yrs of use, the case broke. Encase quickly replaced it without any hassles. I found out you get 1 replacement ( for free) under the limited life time warranty. After my experience with Encase, I am still convinced there is no better product out there!
