Good belt clip; however, it suffers from the same problems as most others. The swivel on the clip loosens up over time. Mine got caught on my seatbelt and snapped off the phone clip. When examining the point of the break, I was surprised to see that the Encased logo is an insert so what looks like a solid piece of plastic there isn’t. That’s right where it snapped off. Had that been solid, I think it would survived. A product improvement idea for you, Encased.
That said, I really like the case and the clip. I turned in the warranty claim and received a new clip in a few days. It’s likely I’ll break this one eventually too.
Wish a new clip didn’t cost as much as the clip and case together.

I’m with John. This too is a “last time replacement.” My first one broke falling off a two foot table onto the carpet braking the top clasp. I had mine for 10 months and I have to say their Customer Service was great! What I don’t like is their only one time warranty replacement when they tout life time warranty. Mine broke way too easily!

The clip holster is great but one star less because this is a.replacement.. the original clip broke off after about 7 months.
Encased picked up the tab so I’m impressed with the customer service.
