Hi Encased “People”…After studying phone pouches on amazon for several hours I finally settled on an “Encased” product. Your website fairly represented the products that finally arrived and I was delirious that I could deal with a home office here in North America that could actually talk about their product line in detail. Readers know how frustrating it is to buy stuff on Amazon from overseas and have no one that can be talked to about the item being ordered. Amazon people try, but it’s not the same. The products were everything you represented on the site and further, the “Limited Lifetime Warranty is over the top. My iPhone XsMax in its “Encased” iPhone case I also purchased…fit like a glove. AND product quality looks exceptional. Trust the Velcro will hold up. well. Might have preferred magnets to hold flap closed. Less noise when you need to open quietly. Velcro has several decibels. The credit card slot on the back holds 4 cards (What a delight!) and it appears they will not loosen up and fall out over time. Hope so. WOW!… how could life be better? So pleased I could jump out of my skin!” Well maybe not that far, BUT, I am extremely happy!!
