Love it … but I do wish the clip was stronger.

I was impressed with the product when I bought it months ago. Further impressed when I called to ask about a replacement for the one I broke. They told me to file a warranty claim and the company would replace it one time no questions asked.
Great customer service!
I’ve had other brands of phone cases that were also very good but without the high level of customer service I received this week.
I will be back when I get my next phone.

The Encased iPhone case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max is very good. The clip holster holds the phone securely. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that the clip mechanism is prone to breaking. The case and holder though are otherwise so good that I just keep a second one on hand.
