Since there is no replacement warranty on a replacement, I ordered another holster to have on hand. My warranty replacement was NOT due to a manufacturer defect, but mine due to dropping. Encased makes a fine product!

I submitted a warranty claim to replace a broken holster for my iPhone 16plus. After submitting the necessary information, the response from Encased was immediate. They processed the claim, notified/advised how to retrieve my replacement holster, then confirmed the receipt of the request for replacement. Shipping followed quickly.
