For most people I think this case is great, although it’s not quite what is pictured. The button cutouts for the volume rocker and Bixby button are one long opening, not separate as shown. Not a huge deal but I would have preferred as pictured. The case feels quality and provides more protection than my old slim Spigen case, but I did go back to the Spigen because the Encased case feels too bulky for me. Not that it IS bulky or large, but after 2 years of using a slim case, this one makes my phone feel like a relative chunk. I also didn’t like that the raised edges on the sides (for protection) make it hard to swipe from the side on the screen for some apps I use.
The case is also not really grippy, being smooth plastic. My solution for this on my old case was to get some grip tape and put it on. I won’t be doing that for this case because, like I said, too bulky for me, but it would also work for it.
