My first order didnt fit because I order the wrong one, so I called and they sent me the correct one and it fits perfect. This is my 3rd holster and all have been great.
Pete Boudreau –
I’d like to express my gratitude for sending me the replacement for the iPhone 11 holster.
It’s pretty rare that companies back their products this well.
I’ve had 3 Encased holsters and cases and I’ve been totally satisfied with all three.
Keep up the good work
Bob Babilino –
I have had several Belt Clip Holsters for Encased Thin Armor Case – for my iPhone 11, and previous iPhone models.
I enjoy this product for it fits my needs to carry my iPhone 11.
Customer service has always been helpful and professional. The only challenge I have had is that the clip which holds the iPhone in the case often breaks off…. not sure if this is due to the amount of times I use the phone or not. Customer service has worked with me in the past though.
BK –
Encased products are well-made. However, the holster part of the holster case did break, and the company replaced it free of charge under the warranty. The customer service is excellent>

This is an excellent product for the iPhone 11. The only reason I have for buying this a second time in one year, is because I broke my previous one by accident.
Anthony Vermette –
I love this holster and case, it is the 3rd one I have purchased as I got new phones. Highly recommend!
KJ –
It is exactly what I was looking for. I had a previous holder that broke and was able to replace it with the help of customer service.
