the holster and case combo provides excellent protection for the phone. However, I’m on my third holster in two years. The belt clip on the first one gave way and the lip of the phone clip on the second cracked of. Encased replaced the first one, but replacement is limited to one time, and I had to purchase a replacement for the second. I don’t abuse my phone and holder, and had hoped that the product would last longer.

We like the Encased belt clip model a lot. We’ve had several over the years. I like the phone-holding clip at the top because I keep my phone face forward as I used to use it as a pager and I can see alerts, etc. without removing the phone from holster. I have had to request replacement the holsters due to damage but the customer service was excellent and they honored their warranty in a professional and rapid fashion. Talk about exceeding customer expectations! They’ve got that down to a science.
