I only received the clip portion but not the the part that encases the phone. Support and service was excellent. I have purchased other Encased products in the past for my other phones.

Very nice case but the first case lasted only 8 months till the clip that holds the phone in the case broke off. I received a replacement for free, so hope this replacement lasts more than the 8 months. If not, I will not buy another Encased cover again, if it is not durable as advertised.
