Recently my 2018 iPhone X Duraclip Case developed a crack which allowed the phone to be held less securely. I remembered the lifetime warranty and went to site to process a claim. Shortly I received a conformation that the claim was being researched and was in progress. Two days later I received a link to order the exact same new case at no charge. I even call customer service to confirm my case and was assured everything was as stated. All correspondence was without a glitch. When I upgrade to a new iPhone, it will be ENCASED.

Love the case. Has worn a bit in “high traffic” areas which means it is protecting phone as expected! Holster is durable and easy. One of two tabs on the media stand broke off, yet still works. Have for iPhone X; will purchase for 12 Oro Max!

Not familiar with sliding my phone into a holster but this one works well and holds the phone secure. Belt clip seems much stronger than any of my other holsters that broke at the clip!
