It’s big, but it feels durable. I suppose the two go hand in hand. The edge has a nice, non-slip feel to it and all of the controls, ports, camera, fingerprint reader are accessible. The raised edge on the front cover does make it a bit tough to access controls on the edge of the screen. Otherwise, I’m happy with the case. I rarely drop my phone and in case I do, it seems like it can take it.
