I’ve been an Encased user for many years. Usually only need to reorder because I switch phones. Recently I had the retainer clip break on my Galaxy S25Plus Falcon Shield case. I bought a new one and then saw the ‘lifetime warranty’, so I contacted Encased and they gave me a credit, which I used to purchase an updated equivalent model with the magnetic charging circle built in. This is a big improvement over the older cases. I have dropped the phone from time to time and never had any damage. The newest case has a two piece construction which holds the phone securely and makes it easy to snap into the holder. Great case from a great company. Only suggestion is to offer some color choices.

I typically bough OtterBox for my previous phone but decided to try the Encased case. It was easy to install the case and seems very sturdy and protective. I haven’t installed the screen protector yet but glad that it came with it. I like the way the holster connects to the phone – it is a little different that I was used to, but seems very sturdy when in the holster.
