I’m on my second free replacement of this case under warranty. This is a great company that stands behind its products in thios manner. I still like the case for all the reasons I mentioned in my previous review. These cases can break when the phone is accidentally dropped, protecting the phone, and might need to be replaced in such instances, even if not covered under the warranty. I would purchase it again since it is still the best case I could find to meet my overall needs.

I had one small side break under normal use after a few months and it was replaced under warranty by Encased, which was great! The case seems to be porotective enough. Placing it in its holster requires precision since it fits snuggly, which is both a postitive and a negative: negative becasue it is harder to accomplish and requiores more attention each time and postitive because it will not slip out easily, accidentally. The phone in the case can be charged wirelessly on a fast-charging wireless charging pad which is great in the car or at home. I wish that the phone could slip into the holster differently, though, vertically or with some form of pressure fit, snapping into place vs. sliding in horizontally only. Overall, it’s still the best case I could find for thia phone which is a bit heavy/clunky vs. most other phones.

case is solid, i dont care for the belt clip! why can’t you make the holster with the spring loaded clip like the other holsters? its to dificult to remove and put the phone on the holster!

I’m very p;eased with the case – seems well-made and fits nicely. I also like the belt clip but fear the actual clip isn’t too strong and a likely point of failure. I guess time will tell.
