Denise Baum –
Great case. We have bought many if these and when they broke we just bought another. The last time one broke I requested a replacement and it was replaced free. Wish I would have known sooner.
TIVRI –
Great product and you can’t beat the lifetime warranty!! Highly recommended!
Dennis –
Like others I love this case and holster. The holster is the only weak part of this package as the clip that holds the phone in place breaks making the holster unusable. BUT, the lifetime warranty is honored immediately which is nice. Just wish they would send a new clip instead as it isn’t hard to replace it but that’s their call.
Denise Baum –
We have bought many of these cases. They are a great case. We must have bought 5 or 6 before my husband said there’s a warranty on it. When men open packages they don’t pay attention to warranty. Lol. The outside case does crack but a in all its a great product. Once I saw there was paperwork for a warranty we did get a replacement on the last one. Thank you.
Tony Buzz –
I have used Encased to protect my Galaxy S21 since I purchased the phone. This is one of the best and most durable cases and belt clips I have ever purchased. I will purchase Encased again for other phones, as well. Super Product.
Al –
The belt clip holster for my Samsung S21 is an absolutely outstanding product. I had one that worked flawlessly for three years before the top clasp broke. The folks at Encased honored their lifetime warranty and fast too, getting me my replacement only days after I filed my claim. It’s a great product and the folks at Encased are great people! Buy with confidence!
Tom –
I’ve used Encased for my last 3 phones and will continue to use them. Great protection!
Mark Davis –
I like the warranty and the way my phone fits into the belt clip case. Great item and price.
Bill Redmond –
I’m pretty hard on my holster, it gets banged up pretty good (even though I’m careful to remove it if I need to get on the floor to work on something). They offer a limited lifetime warranty. The first time that I broke it, they replaced it for free. This time, I needed to buy the replacement. I was glad to do it because this is one of the best holsters that I’ve had.
JAMES LUCAS –
The belt holster clip broke when I fell on it. Encase replaced the unit quickly after I submitted a claim on-line. Very happy!

Love this clip holster. Feel lost without it. Great company
Alan –
Love the case, but like a previous reviewer, the clip that holds the phone broke and was replaced under the warranty. Encased made it clear that the warranty is only good for one replacement. If it breaks again it will not be replaced. The clip seems to be a weak point and Encased should stand behind their product even if it breaks more than once. Still a great case.
Blake Stowell –
I have used the encased clip for my past three generations of phones and have really enjoyed them. They have continued to protect my phone very well and made it easy to secure it in my pocket or on my belt.
DMB –
Great product backed up by an even better warranty! Broke the clip on mine that holds the phone in place, contacted ENCASE and less than a week later had a replacement!
Nothing like an American Company!
THANKS!
Randy and Teresa DeKoter –
My Husband love this case!! He has purchased several over the years depending on which phone he had at the time. The clip on his recently snapped, which left him in lost without it. He had to make sure to wear a jacket or coat with a pocket big enough to accommodate his Galaxy S21 phone.
I immediately got on Amazon to order him another when I noticed that it was warranted. I contacted Encased, was sent an email with a link to fill out to get it replaced and it was here in no time..
Thank You Thank You Thank You Encased for making a great product with a great warranty
Mitch –
Love this case & holster system. Have been using it for years, even when I have broken them (typically after numerous drops or snags on daybreak getting into vehicles). Love that Encased warrantied 1 replacement & it was very easy to complete. Would totally be lost without this holster system!
Paranoid –
Construction worker case handles everything I throw at it drops off the ladder dropping a tool on it to clipping on whatever I need
Bill Redmond –
I really like this holster and the case that goes with it.
Mark E Davis –
This is the exact holster that I needed replaced under the warranty. It is working fine.
Jerry Abrams –
Love this clip holster. Feel lost without it. Great company.
EJ Smith –
This is a great holster for the Samsung Galaxy S21 phone – best of the ones I’ve bought for previous phones. Fit and operation are very good. Belt clip is solid and doesn’t slip off belts. Only two cons I can think of are: 1) latch on holster has a habit of lasting only a year or so, give or take a few months, and 2) if you put the phone in the holster w/ the camera end at the bottom of the holster, the holster sides press a button combination that puts the phone into a special reset mode that looks pretty scary, but you can push some buttons and it’ll come back to normal without a reset.
