Love the design and it works very well. Unfortunately, i’ve had the same issue as several others where the clip breaks off. Encased will replace it once, then if it breaks again, I buy another and the one free replacement process starts over. They usually last me about a year; however, the replacement I just received developed a crack in the clip about a week after I got it. I hope it holds on until I upgrade my phone next month. Great product and I love the design, I just wish they’d make the clip a little stronger so it lasts.

It works as designed, I never knew that they had a carrier like this that coverage the screen of your iPhone 11, you turn it inward with the screen, faces the back of the holster and protects the screen from damage

My love this case, but I have had the same experience as Matt Rizdon above. They replace the holster once. This is not lifetime warrantee. I have now purchased four cases and replaced the clip three times

I’ve been using this type of Encased Rebel holster for 3-4yrs now. The quick-release clip of this holster shears off about once a year for me. It’s the weak spot in their design. So I have to keep getting replacements. But the Encased product is better than OtterBox, so that’s why I continue buying Encased replacements. They are good about honoring their one-time lifetime warranty though, with no hassles whatsoever. But once I use up the one-time replacement, I have to actually purchase another holster when the quick-release clip shears again.

Great, but have minor complaints.
Honestly, this is exactly what I’m looking for in a phone case, unfortunately it has two major problems with it. One, the clips (either the one holding the phone to the case or the one holding the case to my belt/pants pocket) commonly break regularly and I have to constantly buy a replacement every 3-6 months. I’ve gotten into the habit of always buying a spare because this keeps happening.
Secondly, the camera is entirely blocked, so any time I have to use the camera, I have to keep removing the phone from the clip holder (which forces me to engage one of the two clips which keeps breaking… anyone else see a problem?).
Honestly speaking, I stand by my 4 out of 5, both of these problems are relatively minor, they just get on my nerve for being a customer for over 5 years and I’ve never seen either problem addressed in updates to the product. I’m not sure entirely how to fix the clips breaking, but you could at least introduce a hole for the camera.

Good holster and case. However the top clip that holds the case in the holster seems to be the weak link. This has been the fourth holster I have had for the same phone. I purchased two off Amazon and both have had to be replaced under the warranty for the same issue. Customer service is great and the rest is features are good, just that weak clip on top can only take so much daily use imo.
