I am pleased Encased honors the lifetime replacement. I have three phones all with a belt clip case. The failure on each of them is the clip that secured the front cover plate to the phone. In all three instances encased has replaced this part. I am grateful for the warranty, and quick resolution to replace the case components that fail.

Perfect product, except I have to buy a new one every 1-2 years because the release clasp is under a bit too much tension and eventually snaps off. Encased replaces it (once) and then it breaks again. But it’s such an ideal case that I don’t mind too much. Thin, excellent protection, easy one-handed access, pretty good kickstand.

I bought the belt clip holster for the thin armore case some time ago for my Iphone SE. It lasted for a long time and was a real good product. It finally broke and I was not aware of the Encased warranty. I recently ordered a new holster. Looks like the same well made product but i am a little concerned with the Quick Release lever. It seems not as strong as my last holster. Seems to be a little weak and may cause the phone to come off the holster. We will see what happens. Hopefully it will be ok. Good product, just make that lever a little stronger.

I am one of those individuals who, in an effort to purchase the best product, spend an inordinate amount of time researching an item before purchasing. I purchased the Encased Thin case for my iPhone SE. It worked perfectly and I was convinced there was no better product out there. Very minimalistic, offered great protection, easy to access phone, light weight, could use as a holster vertical or horizontal and had a limited lifetime warranty.
After 2 1/2 yrs of use, the case broke. Encase quickly replaced it without any hassles. I found out you get 1 replacement ( for free) under the limited life time warranty. After my experience with Encase, I am still convinced there is no better product out there!
