This is a great case! However, I would add one thing that could be improved.
1. It would be nice to have a magnet instead of Velcro or a smaller/quieter piece of Velcro. Opening the case with the current amount of Velcro is obnoxious when you are in quiet environments. Unfortunately, I will have to modify the case.
Overall, this is a really good case and a great company to purchase from.

Actually 4 1/2 stars rating from me.
I very much like this pouch. It has the features that I was looking for as a replacement to my old pouch which finally failed.
I have not used the included case as I did not need it.
Now as to why only a 4 1/2 star rating.
I loathe belt clips. I prefer belt loops any day.
This unit has both, a belt loop and a belt clip. I have removed the belt clip as I will not use it.
Two things to wish for.
1) Please add stress relieving rivets to the belt loop 4 corners so It will not rip out as most belt loops have finally done.
2) Please make the belt clip an option or easily removable for those people like me who prefer a belt loop.

Works great,is everything I was looking for in a case.
The belt clip works every well, but it also works by sliding your belt under the belt clip to give you another option for securing the case.
This is the option I use, and the velcro closer flap is terrific. Well not come off you belt nor will phone fall out of pouch.
